Pistachio Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Cream 200gms (for half recipe 100 gms)
  2. Milk 1/8 cup (1 tablespoosn)
  3. Sweet Condensed Milk 1/4 cup (1/8 cup)
  4. Pistachioo 250 gms (125 gms)
  5. Vanilla Essence Few drops
  6. Green Color Few drops.

Recipe:

  1. Beat the cream in a bowl for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add Milk little by little and continue beating.
  3. Add sweet condensed milk while beating the mixture.
  4. Add pistachio, vanilla essence and green color beat the mixture till pistachios are combined with cream.
  5. Pour the mixture in an air tight container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Butter Scotch Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1. Cream 200 gms
  2. Milk 1/8 cup
  3. Sweet Condensed Milk 1/8 cup

For Butterscotch:

  1. Butter 70gms (unsalted)
  2. Brown Sugar 3 1/2 tbsp
  3. Cream 2 tbsp

RECIPE FOR BUTTERSCOTCH:

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add Brown sugar. keep stirring till it melts.
  3. Once Caramelzed, add cream and stir well.
  4. Set aside.

Ice cream recipe:

  1. Beat cream in a bowl for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add milk while beating.
  3. Add sweet condensed milk and continue beating.
  4. Add the butterscotch caramel and beat for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture in an air tight bowl and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
