Baking is my favorite time pass, its fun to bake new things. I also give baking classes in Islamabad.
I have learned baking from my mother. She used to bake cakes and pizzas and we used to enjoy her baked items. I made my first Brownie Cake when I was in 8th grade. It was my first attempt and it turned perfect. Now its been 20 years and I still enjoy baking a lot.
The most important key to be a best baker is to follow the complete recipe instead of making changes at your own. Once you are expert in baking you can make different variations. But always be careful about the quantities mentioned in the recipes.
