Garlic Chicken Steak with Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Yesterday I was craving chicken steak,  but didn’t want it to be loaded with cheese. I wanted to make something like ginger lime or something with garlic. So I decided to go with garlic. Garlic is my all time favorite. I wanted to keep my recipe light. Though later I added mashed potatoes as sideline because I love mashed potatoes. The whole thing was a hit. My mother asked me the recipe, so that she can make it for dinner today.

Garlic flavor gives the steak a very good taste and a lovely aroma. Later I added a little bit of garlic flavor to my stir fried vegetables. and gave them the name of Garlic Stir Fried Vegetables. Mushroom sauce was a big hit and is very easy to make. I also added canned corns as sideline. And then you can also see Lotus Root (Beh) in the picture. My mother made those for dinner. I had these 3 to 4 pieces as sideline.
